Bell: 4 1/8”wide by 3 3/8” tall (10.4 x 8.6 cm)
Cushion: Approximately 2 1/8” tall by 5” wide (5.4 x 12.7 cm)

This gong is made of beaten brass and has a black finish. The cushion is covered in gold and red fabric with a satiny finish. The gong’s lip is reinforced with extra brass and is about 3/16” thick (.5 cm). The wooden striker has a nicely turned handle and the striking end is covered in red and gold brocade. For the best tone, place the gong on its cushion and strike gently with the middle section of the striker’s brocade-covered end. With a little practice, a consistently pleasant, round, soft tone can be easily achieved.
This gong is imported from China.
